We are pleased to announce that English commentary has been added to live streams of ISU Short Track Speed Skating events, following recommendations from the ISU Speed Skating Member Conference in March, 2023. This move aligns with the ISU Vision 2030 to engage a broader audience and enhance the fan experience.
The debut trial broadcast with English commentary featuring professional sportscasters started at the first ISU Short Track World Cup in Montreal, Canada on October 22-22, 2023. It was well received, and we are excited to expand the initiative to all Short Track Speed Skating and Speed Skating senior events this season 2023/24. We believe the English commentary will help attract more attention to the streaming of our events.
