Join next week's ISU Centers of Excellence (CoE) “Keep Training!” Figure Skating classes from May 18-23, 2020, on Skating ISU YouTube Channel.
The program includes different aspects of Figure Skating training and there are innovative Pair Figure Skating exercises, specifically designed for this period of time, during which Pair partners do not have the opportunity to train together.
Lower Body Training, Stay Fit - Full Body Workout, Pair Skating - Specific Drills, Contemporary Dance, Progressionin Different Types of Stability with Elastic and Articulate Body Movement Class are on the schedule. Join the Skaters from the host CoEs as well as the guest skaters from around the world, who will be tuning in to benefit from these online sessions with top coaches and experts. They are accessible to all levels.
Training is important and some great Figure Skating professionals are offering high-level courses for free. This is your chance to be in amongst it all.
