The ISU eLearning platform has launched two new courses for the Speed Skating community! Designed to support the development of all ISU Members, these courses provide targeted training for Officials and Administrators at the local, regional, and national levels.
How to run a Short Track Speed Skating Competition?
Developed by the ISU Center of Excellence in Calgary (CAN), this course guides you through the process of organizing a Short Track Speed Skating competition. Using a comprehensive event management structure—design, planning, execution, and conclusion—you’ll gain step-by-step insights into each phase, equipping you to host top-quality events for your skaters!

Speed Skating Basic Referees Course
This course aims to elevate the quality of judging in Speed Skating by training new Referees—a respected and essential role in the sport. Participants will gain a solid understanding of the rules, techniques, and responsibilities required for officiating Speed Skating competitions.
