The ISU is excited to present three brand-new, free courses designed for Skaters, Coaches and Officials across the following key areas: physiological training techniques, Anti-Doping awareness and preparation for a Referee role. Whether you are an athlete aiming to maximize your training, a Coach committed to promoting clean sport, or an Official ready to start your journey in Short Track, these new courses are designed to equip you with essential knowledge and practical skills for success. 

Developed with expert input and a strong focus on real-world application, these courses are free and open to everyone interested in growing their connection to all aspects of ice-skating sports. 

  • Physiological Testing

Training smarter begins with knowing what your body can do.
 This course highlights the importance of structured testing protocols and how they can be used to monitor an athlete’s progress and tailor training more effectively.

From test preparation to interpreting performance results and applying age-specific recommendations, this course is an essential tool to support athlete development at all levels.

  • Coach Wise: Anti-Doping Awareness

Being a great Coach means standing up for clean sport.

This course marks the fourth and final chapter of the ISU’s eLearning series dedicated to the development of Speed Skating and Short Track Officials.
