Kamila Valieva (RUS), Alysa Liu (USA) and Haein Lee (KOR) are the top qualifiers in the Ladies and won their two ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating events. The battle will be interesting with Liu being the first female skater to land a triple Axel and a quadruple jump (Lutz) in one program and Valieva having a quad toe in her arsenal. Kseniia Sinitsyna, Daria Usachva and Viktoria Vasilieva complete Russia’s success in the discipline. Russia swept the Ladies podium in the past two season, but Liu and Lee want to break through the Russian phalanx. All six Ladies will compete in their first ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final.

Except for Gumennik, all Finalists are newcomers.
