The ISU is releasing the competition rules, formats, entry quotas, details and general information for the ISU Junior World Cup Speed Speed Skating series for the season 2019/20.

This season, two events will be qualifying competitions for the Winter Youth Olympic Games. The ISU Junior World Cup Speed Skating series will stop in three countries:
- November 16 - 17, 2019 - Bjugn (NOR) - WYOG Qualifying Event
- November 23 - 24, 2019 -Enschede (NED) - WYOG Qualifying Event
- February 15 - 16, 2020 - Minsk (BLR)
