As part of the #UpAgain Campaign, the International Skating Union (ISU)’s aim is to inspire and support people so that they can face life’s challenges. It all gets better if we get together and join forces. The #KeepTraining and the Olympic Day Workout sessions are great examples of that. The ISU is delighted to have been able to bring this useful tool during these tough times, to not only the coaches but the athletes and to the public and to have witness its success.

Find out more about the initiatives by visiting the #UpAgain page, which also includes Keep Training Series, tips from the athletes themselves on training, cooking and more as well as live streams.
