In accordance with Section 3.7 a) of ISU Communication No. 2310, the ISU Development Commission invites ISU Members to make applications for Scholarship support for their Junior Skaters. ISU Members are advised to read the above-mentioned Communication carefully to understand the conditions and requirements of the Scholarship Program.

The Junior Skater Scholarships contribute to the Development Program goal of increasing ‘the number of ISU Members able to develop Skaters who are competitive at the international level and at the level of qualifying for ISU Events and ISU disciplines at the Olympic Winter Games’. This goal will be kept in mind during the review of submitted applications and ISU Members which consistently have several Skaters at the highest level may like to take this into account when considering whether to submit applications..

ISU Members may make ISU Scholarship applications for Junior Skaters who fulfil the following requirements:

- fall into the Junior age category, as defined in the ISU General Regulations (Rule 108)
- are participating in international competitions (and Junior Grand Prix Events for Figure Skating and Junior World Cups in Speed Skating) and aiming to compete or already competing at ISU World Junior Championships level
- require financial support to achieve their potential

Applications must be received by April 15, 2022.
