Adam Siao Him Fa made France proud by winning the first ISU Grand Prix gold medal for a French man in 13 years, and he did so on home ice at the Grand Prix de France on Saturday in Angers (FRA). Japan’s Sota Yamamoto slipped to second place to take silver ahead of teammate Kazuki Tomono.

 Two-time ISU European bronze medalists Charlene Guignard/Marco Fabbri of Italy danced to their first ISU Grand Prix gold medal at the Grand Prix de France in Angers (FRA) on Saturday – ten years after they first competed on the circuit. Canadians Laurence Fournier Beaudry/Nikolaj Soerensen claimed the silver medal and France’s Evgeniia Lopareva/Geoffrey Brissaud took the bronze, the first ISU Grand Prix medal of their career.

World silver medalist Loena Hendrickx of Belgium celebrated her 23rd birthday in style by winning the first ISU Grand Prix gold medal for her country as the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating event Grand Prix de France continued Saturday in Angers (FRA). Korea’s Yelim Kim earned the silver while Rion Sumiyoshi from Japan rose from fifth to clinch the bronze.

Sota Yamamoto led the Japanese men to a one-two finish with his teammate Kazuki Tomono in the Men’s Short Program at the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating’s Grand Prix de France. Adam Siao Him Fa of France currently sits in third place at the event, which opened on Friday in Angers (FRA).
