We are back with the ninth edition of P.L.A.Y (Pocket Learning Anti-Doping & You) and the topic this time is ‘Prohibited List Update 2024’ a topic which deals with the 2024 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods which enters into force on January 1, 2024.

The questions about what exactly is this Prohibited List, why is it essential for Skaters, what are the major modifications this year and why the special focus on the prohibited substance ‘Tramadol’ shall all be answered in this edition of P.L.A.Y
All ISU Members can provide the ‘P.L.A.Y’s to their Skating community by either having it on their website to download or providing a translated version in their language and circulating among Skaters, Coaches, Parents, Entourage, etc.
