Following changes adopted by the 2018 ISU Congress regarding Rule 102, paragraph 6, ISU Communication No. 2221 replaces and complements ISU Communication No. 2055 as well as enforces and re-enforces provisions outlined in ISU Communications 1265, 1954, 2028, 2125, 2195 and ISU Rule 291, paragraph 1.b).
