Following the confirmation of continued validity of the provisions of ISU Communication No. 2469 by the 2022 ISU Congress and the continued warfare in Ukraine, the ISU Council has decided to withdraw with immediate effect the provisional allotments to the Russian Skating Union of the below mentioned ISU Events for which ISU Members are invited to submit applications:
- ISU European Speed Skating Championships (January 5-7, 2024)
- ISU European Short Track Speed Skating Championships (January 12-14, 2024)
ISU Members are invited to send applications for the above-mentioned ISU Championships to be received at the ISU Secretariat not later than February 15, 2023.
