Further to Rule 521 and Rule 971 of the ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules for Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance 2018, and the Special Regulations and Technical Rules for Synchronized Skating 2018, the draw for Judges by number for the above-mentioned Championships was held on October 10, 2019, at the Hotel President Wilson in Geneva in the presence of Mr. Alexander Lakernik, ISU Vice-President Figure Skating, Mr. Charlie Cyr, Sports Director Figure Skating, Ms. Patricia Mayor, Sports Manger Figure Skating, Mr. Frédéric Laurent, Sports Coordinator Figure Skating, Mr. Olivier Griot, auditor from BDO AG as well as Mrs. Leanna Caron from Skate Canada and Ms. Mariam Giorgobiani from the Georgian Figure Skating Federation.

In accordance with Rule 521, paragraph 6. e)-g) and Rule 971, paragraph 5.d), the panels will be drawn on site 45 minutes before the start of each segment.

In accordance with Rule 521, paragraph 4 d) and 971, paragraph 3b), entries by names must be forwarded to the Organizing Committee of the Respective Championships to the ISU Secretariat, 21 days prior to the beginning of the Championships on the official entry form for Judges by name and/or by entering the Judges by name through the Figure Skating Online Registration System (ORS).

In accordance with Rules 521, paragraph 4 c), judges must not serve in more than one (1) discipline per ISU Championships.

In accordance with Rule 430, paragraph f), ISU Officials must not act as a Team Leader (or Assistant) in ISU Figure Skating (Single & Pair Skating/Ice Dance) Championships or Olympic Winter Games in the same season during which they serve as Referee, Judge, Technical Controller, Technical Specialist or OAC member in ISU Figure Skating (Single & Pair Skating /Ice Dance) Championships or Olympic Winter Games.

In accordance with Rule 920, paragraph 1. f) (xi), ISU Officials must not act as a Team Leader (or Assistant) in ISU Synchronized Skating Championships in the same season during which they serve as Referee, Judge, Technical Controller, Technical Specialist or OAC member in ISU Synchronized Skating Championships.
