Further the completion of the second ISU Junior World Cup Speed Skating Competition held in Enschede, NED, the allocation of quotas to ISU Members/NOCs for the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games is known.
NOCs shall confirm their acceptance or rejection for the allocated quotas to the ISU not later than December 8, 2019. Rejected quotas will be reallocated to NOCs on the stand-by list between December 8 and December 14, 2019.
