The ISU Communication 1898 has been published and in accordance with Rule 289, paragraph 8, the ISU has adopted the following system for recommendation of assessments for Referees, Starters and Competitors Stewards whose performance has been considered as unacceptable or who are lacking the required activity. Such assessments, including demotions listed in this Communication, are considered to be performance evaluations and not disciplinary sanctions.
