ISU Figure Skating CoEs continue the webinar series - Inside CoE’s: The third webinar will take place on August 16th in Oberstdorf, Germany!

KeepTraining

The series is meant not only to demonstrate Figure Skating CoE’s expertise and their commitment to assist with the development of skating but also to enable a better understanding of what a Figure Skating CoE can possibly offer to the skating community.

Webinar 3 - Oberstdorf CoE: How to start a new Ice Dance couple

There are five different Disciplines in Figure Skating and Skaters are not limited to one Discipline but open to try others. It can be challenging to start Ice Dance, even if a Skater is already skilled at general skating elements. Dedicated to young Skaters and Coaches who are thinking about trying out Ice Dance or starting a new Ice Dance couple, Oberstdorf CoE offers their insight to make the adventure easier and full of fun.

In this webinar, Olympic Coach Mr. Michael Webster will show the best exercises you can perform on the ice if you are new to Ice Dance. Young Skaters from different levels of Oberstdorf CoE will join him to demonstrate exactly what you need to learn.

When: August 16 at 11:00 EDT/ 17:00 CEST / 18:00 MSK / 00:00 JST (August 17)
