ISU Athletes Commission members elected Eric Radford (CAN) Single & Pair Skating & Evan Bates (USA) Ice Dance
Today Evan Bates from USA was elected to the ISU Athletes Commission as the Ice Dance representative and Eric Radford as the Single & Pair Skating representative.
Evan Bates was elected by the Ice Dance athletes competing at the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2022 in Montpellier, France. The vote was done online in order to minimize contacts and be Covid-19 safe during the Championships.

Eric Radford was the only candidate for the Single & Pair Skating representative and is confirmed as the Athletes Commission member.
Eric Radford, Evan Bates, Douwe de Vries (who was elected as the member for Speed Skating during the 2022 Olympic Winter Games) and the other athletes still to be elected to the ISU Athletes Commission will serve from 2022 until the 2026 Olympic Winter Games (Speed Skating) or their respective 2026 World Championships (Single & Pair Skating, Ice Dance, Synchronized Skating, and Short Track Speed Skating).
