Douwe de Vries (NED) was elected on February 11, 2022 to the ISU Athletes Commission as the Speed Skating representative.
De Vries was elected by the Speed Skating athletes competing at the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing (CHN). The vote was done online in order to minimize contacts and be Covid-19 safe during the Olympic Winter Games.
