Corrections to Communication No. 2187.

In accordance with Article 21 of the 2018 ISU Constitution, this Communication sets out the composition, purpose and election procedures of the ISU Athletes Commission. The elections will take place at selected ISU Championships during the 2018/19 season.

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has publishes the 2019 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods, which will come into force on January 1, 2019.

The ISU Releases its new Constitution and General Regulations and the Special Regulations and Technical Rules 2018 for each Discipline.

The Development Commission invites ISU Members to put forward for consideration the names of Coaches of Speed Skating, Short Track Speed Skating or both, who fulfil the requirements of the ISU.

ISU Members Entries rules have been published for ISU Synchronized Skating Championships 2019.

The ‘Road to Ice’ skate week, taking place at Thialf, Heerenveen, from July 9-14, 2018, is a unique event dedicated to introducing Inline skaters to the disciplines on ice of Speed Skating and Ice Short Track Speed Skating.

The ISU Congress 2016 approved the proposal to use in all the disciplines of Figure Skating starting with the 2018/19 a wider GOE scale with the goal of evaluating more precisely the quality of execution.

The ISU Council and Development Commission are pleased to launch a process to establish ISU Centers of Excellence, with the aim to further develop ice skating worldwide across all disciplines.
