The International Skating Union’s 56th Ordinary Congress concluded on June 10, 2016 in Dubrovnik (CRO). Over 350 Delegates from 85 ISU Member federations were present to vote on over 370 proposals and to elect candidates to ISU Office.
The International Skating Union has welcomed with satisfaction the decision of the Bundesgerichtshof in the case of the German Speed Skater Ms. Claudia Pechstein

The ISU Council approved the ISU World Cup Speed Skating and the ISU World Cup Short Track Speed Skating Calendar for the Season 2016/17.
The ISU Council met on April 9 to 11, 2016 in Budapest, Hungary.
