Celje, Slovenia was the site of an ISU Development Program supported Single Figure Skating Training Camp for Juniors and Novices from July 23 – August 4, 2018.
The Development Commission invites ISU Members to put forward for consideration the names of Coaches of Speed Skating, Short Track Speed Skating or both, who fulfil the requirements of the ISU.
The ISU Development Commission was pleased to support a Figure Skating project organized in Gramado, Brazil on July 19-28, 2018. The project gathered over 200 people from across Latin America, in particular Argentina and Brazil, to participate in Seminars to train and enthuse Coaches, Skaters and Judges in the region.
The ISU Short Track Speed Skating Technical Committee, through the support of the ISU Development Program, will conduct a live stream on the latest changes to the Special Regulations and Technical Rules for the season 2018/19.
The International Olympic Committee Executive Board met on July 18, 2018, and confirmed that the ISU request to include Short Track Speed Skating Mixed Gender Relay event has been approved.
The ISU announces that the Slovene Skating Union will run a Figure Skating Development Training seminar from July 23 till August 4, 2018, 2018 in Celje, Slovenia.
The ISU Council decided to provisionally allot four ISU Championships for the season 2020/21. The allotment of all other Championships are kept pending until the next scheduled ISU Council meeting in October 2018 and further information regarding the decisions of the Council in Sevilla, will be published at a later date.
