The second edition of Pure as Ice 2019/20 took place at the first leg of ISU World Cup Speed Skating in Minsk in partnership with the NADO Belarus and with the support of the Skating Union of Belarus. More than 150 Skaters stopped by at the Pure as Ice booth to try their hand at the WADA Play True Quiz and win the amazing goodies in store.
The third edition of Pure as Ice 2019/20 took place at the first ISU Junior World Cup Speed Skating event of the season in Enschede, Netherlands at the Ijsbaan Arena and the official Skaters hotel with the support of the KNSB.
The first edition of the ISU Pure as Ice 2019/20 campaign kicked off at the ISU World Cup Short Track 1 in the home of the Utah Olympic Oval, Salt Lake City (USA). ISU’s Pure as Ice teamed with the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) with the support of the U.S. Speedskating Organizing Committee to deliver the message of Clean Sport to almost 200 Short Track Skaters that arrived to compete in this major Event.

By December 8, 2019 all NOCs/ISU Members confirmed their acceptance or refusal for the provisionally allocated quota places for the Speed Skating competitions of the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games to be held in St. Moritz (SUI). Following this procedure the ISU releases the final allocation of quota places.
